What We Need
We’re seeking a high-performing senior seller to drive new revenue from both brand and performance marketers and agency partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently delivering strong results across the entire sales funnel—from outbound prospecting and in-person meetings to proposal development and closing complex deals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly articulate value and craft solutions that drive meaningful impact for clients. We’re looking for someone with 5–10+ years of experience in senior sales roles, ideally with established client relationships and a solid understanding of the media ecosystem.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Generate a strong pipeline to acquire new business from leading brands and media agencies. Identify, target, and onboard new clients via direct and agency partnerships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Leverage your existing network to drive product adoption and highlight the company’s unique value.
- Deliver compelling proposals that blend analytical insight with strategic sales thinking.
- Cultivate and grow long-term relationships across brands and agencies
- Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, and Technical Account Management—to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Ensure optimal campaign delivery and performance by proactively managing client expectations and execution details.
- Represent the company at industry events and in-person client meetings to foster trust and deepen engagement.
- Continuously educate yourself and others on market developments, positioning the company’s creative-first and premium supply solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling into large organizations including media agencies and brands
- Established relationships across media agencies and brands, with experience selling managed brand and performance media.
- Strong understanding of media landscape including programmatic buying, performance media, measurement, ad formats and channels including display, video, CTV, web and mobile.
- Self-starter with energy, drive, and an ownership mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport and foster relationships across teams and clients.
- Team-oriented and highly collaborative; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel for in-person client meetings and industry events.
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
- Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $140,000-$160,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
