The Senior People Operations Generalist will shape and execute our people strategies, ensure seamless HR processes, and drive initiatives that enable our teams to perform at their best. Duties/Responsibilities:
Own and optimize HR processes, ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Maintain and improve HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting to provide insights that drive decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes in partnership with cross-functional operations teams.
Partner with managers to support performance reviews, promotions, and employee development plans.
Drive continuous improvements in our performance management framework to foster a high-performance culture.
Act as an employee advocate, ensuring feedback loops exist and are effectively actioned upon.

Ability to travel internationally 4-5 times per year.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least 5-10 years of human resource management in a startup environment experience preferred.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $150,000- $200,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
