The Opportunity

We're looking for a Treasury & Operations Analyst to join our operations team on a full time-basis that is passionate about bitcoin and improving the current financial system. You will be responsible for assisting with the loan lifecycle, savings accounts lifecycle, from disbursements to repayments of loans, deposits and withdrawals of funds on the savings accounts.

About the Role

• Assist with the loan lifecycle, from disbursements to repayments of loans, deposits and withdrawals of funds on the transaction accounts
• Handling reconciliation for daily transactions between operations and accounting records to ensure transactions are recorded accurately
• Work closely with Client Success team to gather and validate banking details and resolve any client requests
• Treasury functions, setting up transfers (fiat and digital assets) for:
• Loans disbursements
• Settlements with counterparties
• OTC Offramp requests
• Inter-company transfers
• Ensuring financial processes and reconciliations are aligned with established procedures and controls and providing recommendations for improvements
• Assisting on audit and regulatory requests
• Posting of ad-hoc transactions requested by clients
• Maintaining and completing reconciliations of trades and loans transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years within financial services required
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
• Demonstrated experience performing reconciliations, booking journals to the general ledger
• Experience working with large sets of data demonstrated with strong Microsoft Excel: VlookUp, HLookUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Possess high attention to detail and passion for accuracy is a must
• Prefers to work in a fast paced, data-driven environment with a drive to automate processes and tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Strong ethical guidelines based on financial policies procedures.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and a credit check if selected
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with setting up payments such as wire transfers
• Working knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology
